After more than 25 years of happy marriage, Henriette and Werner Wallner have been living apart since a relationship crisis. While Henriette copes well with the separation and flourishes as the self-appointed "manager" of her daughter Elke's flourishing cake store, Werner, who is plagued by heartbreak, does everything he can to win his wife back. However, this is easier said than done, as the handsome and wealthy Saudi Abdul Al Hakim is also courting Henriette by every trick in the book. Wie erziehe ich meine Eltern? is a German television series.

The journalist Julia Schiller has kicked out her faithless husband Wolf, but her teenage daughters Anna and Lena and the cheeky twins Anton and Philipp keep her busy. When her sprightly aunt Isolde starts working as a hobby detective on the trail of a poisoner in her retirement home, the children sense an adventure and help her. But then Isolde suddenly disappeared too. Julia is very worried and asks Wolf for help again.

Volker can hardly imagine anything better than being the father of a daughter. However, he knows far too little about the real life of 17-year-old Daphne after separating from his wife. He wants to change that with his first daddy-daughter vacation, billed as a trip to Crete's dream beaches. However, the educational program the lecturer has come up with doesn't really suit the teenager's interests.
